CONDUCTING EXAMINATIONS OF DIFFERENT BOARDS:
During service he has conducted various board examinations at the centres, including
education board, railway board, banking examinations along with home examinations. A
team of his juniors also learnt a lot from him during his service in the field of education.
HISTORY: Looking back his forefathers also related to the learned background. His grandfather late Muhammad Talibuddin Talib was a renowned personality of Kamptee, near Nagpur. He served as Sr. Auditor in the office of the DAGPT at Nagpur long back during the British rule. He was also a man of letters. He had opened a library "Daarul-Malumaat" and founded "Naya Bazaar Club" in Kamptee. He took great interest in training the youth, educating them and contemporarised to walk with the time. He was also a great poet of Urdu. His collection was lost with the time or we can say his near ones failed to keep it safe. He was the active member of the library and he made it to reach the peak point in a very short time. Muhammad Talibuddin and his associates worked hard for the Naya Bazar Club and made it popular among the masses specially the youth who attracted a lot towards tha literary activitiesin the locality. A charitable Parsi friend Dada Bhai Nausherwan gifted his spacious house for the club which is now known as Rabbani Jr. college of Kamptee.
"Naya Bazar Club", brought a revolution in the literary world of Kamptee. Every year
a magazine was published and a "Mushaera" on national level was arranged to keep the taste of literature alive among the people. It is not possible to collect and compose the great work done by these people of the land in a few lines. M. Talibuddin Talib left for his celestial abode in a very early age of thirty six. After his departure, no one was able to keep the light ignited and everything was lost with the course of time.
To train the masses is not so easy a job. People who wish to spread our cultural
heritage in a systematic way are found a few. Most of the people have different tastes in their
life.
As the poet says,:
For money men work,
But for praise they die.
Give to the world the best you have
And the best will come back to you
